PRIZE INFO

• OpenTambola.com reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any winner before payment is made, and also reserves the right to refuse payment to any gamer who violates these Official Rules.
• Gamers who win are responsible for collecting the prizes from the outlet mentioned in the Ticket. Should the prize be sent through post, the gamers who win are responsible for any tax and/or postage/parcel charges that may be applicable to their prize.
• Gamers should allow up-to four weeks for delivery of their prize, if it is requested through post. The gamer could however collect the prize from the outlets published in each game.
• Prizes can not be exchanged for cash.
• Cash prizes will normally be paid as cheques. All cheques which are not encashed within six months of their issue date will be cancelled.
• In each OpenTambola.com game, the gamer has one chance to win per game - a LINE prize or a TAMBOLA prize.
• Only one prize PER GAMER PER DAY. If the same gamer is eligible for prizes in multiple games, submitted on the same day, the gamer will be notified by email and should choose the prize he/she would like to set the FINAL claim on. All the other prizes will be withdrawn and the chosen prize will be issued.
• Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
• Winners will be notified by email of their prize. Email notification of prizes does not constitute a guarantee of payment.

• In all games, if as a result of a hardware or software error of any kind, there are more winning claims than budgeted for, then OpenTambola.com reserve the right to award the budgeted prizes by use of a random draw among valid claimants.
